In the early stages of this wiki, the order of the listing is just pragmatic and reflects where most content has been developed.

When content development is spread more evenly the areas could be rearranged e.g. major sections / continents alphabetically Philralph 17:16, 15 November 2006 (UTC)

Listing using continents as in wikipedia:Continent, etc (Principal change is from Latin America to South America Philralph 16:09, 24 April 2007 (UTC)
