Clearly there won't always be room for long items such as what I've just added (typical of what I see most working days; not even paraphrased this time, but as it's a sort of press release from local government, I doubt if anyone will mind). Most of the links on the page are external. I suggest that "we" can improve this wiki by making more of them internal, to pages that contain the external links but also (at least potentially) contain a bit of text and other internal links, all included in appropriate categories (which will eventually show listings of other related items, almost automatically).
