The guides have been produced, by the Campaign to Protect Rural England (CPRE) in partnership with the National Association of Local Councils (NALC). The guides have been prepared with the help of Land Use Consultants. They are intended to make it clear how people can influence the future of the area in which they live. 01 February 2012 [1]
