Oficinas Quero: Changing lives through cinema, Oficina Quero is a project for skills and entrepreneurship training, following which students finance, produce and show three short films in their city. A group of graduates have now started their own company making corporate films and social documentaries. Oficinas Quero are finalists in the BBC's World Challenge
