Project Laundry List is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization, started in 1995, which aims to demonstrate that personal choices can make a difference for the Earth and its people. Its focus is on North America's over-dependence on nuclear power, Hydro-Quebec's large dams, and other unsustainable forms of energy. Art, advocacy, and education are the tools used. Hosting and planning design competitions, symposia, and art shows; advocating for the "Right to Dry" and appliance standards; and distributing materials are just some of their activities and programs.[1]
