Nu-Venture's Shoppers’ Bus (service 53) continues to provide a Tuesdays and Fridays link to West Malling from the Offham Road and Fartherwell Avenue areas of West Malling.
The bus service is an early initiative identified as part of the Malling Action Partnership, under which traders, service providers, local authorities and members of the local community have the opportunity to share ideas, suggestions and possible solutions.
Local buses are provided in West Malling by Arriva (01622 697000) and Nu-Venture (01622 882288). Arriva operate regular services to Maidstone daily, to Borough Green on Mondays to Saturdays and to Tunbridge Wells on Sundays. Nu-Venture's principal local operations are to Medway (daily), to Maidstone Hospital, Ryarsh and Trottiscliffe (Mons-Sats) and the 123 Kings Hill/WM Station shuttle on Mondays to Fridays.
Frequent rail services, operated by South Eastern, link West Malling daily with London, Bromley, Maidstone and Ashford. Rail times from 08457 484950.
