Ok a start is being made with the 'council leader' bit of the above, but when will the 'citizens too' bit get the attention it needs? And in particular when will it be the many not the few within government, and especially local government, who make a habit of talking with us rather than at us? Philralph 10:07, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
