Carbon Rationing Action Group

Carbon Rationing/Reduction Action Groups (CRAGs) are community-based initiatives to help empower individuals, households and communities to quantify and reduce their greenhouse gas emissions. The movement began in the United Kingdom, and there are now a few groups in Australia.
