Once again Greenweeks presents a programme of environmental events across Greater Nottingham, put on by a wide range of organisations. It's running from 27th May to 23rd of June. The calendar is gradually taking shape on the website.

Thursday 3rd - MUSHROOMS & TOADSTOOLS OF NORTH NOTTS
Join this exciting Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust talk by Tony Lions at the time of year when many species of fungi can be found on our reserves. 7.30pm at Goodwin Hall, Chancery Lane, Retford (free parking opposite) Admission £1.50 including refreshments

TUESDAY 15th - FARMING AND WILDLIFE
The South Notts Group of the Nottinghamshire Wildlife Trust invites you a talk by Andrew Parsons. Andrew manages his farm in North Notts for the benefit of wildlife as well as arable crops and his talk illustrates what can be achieved on the farm. 7.30pm at Methodist Church, Musters Road, West Bridgford Admission £2.00 including refreshments (children free)
