< About Sustainable Community Action wiki

[edit] Who is the Sustainable Community Action wiki for?

The wiki is for, and can be by, anyone interested in sustainability, but especially ordinary people and community groups or networks. Examples include, Local Agenda 21 or Local ACTION 21 groups or networks, Sustainability Forums or Local Quality of life forums.

These are only examples and we welcome contributions by anyone interested in sustainability, but please remember that content needs to be accessible to and of some interest or relevance to ordinary citizens, community groups or civil society.

Links to, or articles about, government sustainability programmes of interest to civil society are usually included in resource articles by place

[edit] Keep it open - Not for sectional only interests

Anyone or any group interested in sustainability is welcome to contribute, but it is important to realise that this wiki is not intended to be a battleground to secure the dominance of any particular aspect, sectional interest or restricted view of sustainability over others. It's perfectly OK to argue a case or point of view, but not OK to seek to dominate or exclude.
